This document explains what data marketgame.club collects, why it is needed, who can see it and how to have it deleted. It is written in plain language — if anything is unclear, ask us and we will answer.

Who processes the data

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form yourself:

• your name, or however you want to be addressed;
• your phone number, if you give one;
• your Telegram handle, if you give one;
• which league or service you are interested in.

Alongside the request we automatically store technical information: the time it was sent, the language of the page, the address you came from and any advertising tags in the link. This tells us which advertising actually brings people in.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics trackers and passes nothing to advertising networks. Until you press “Send request”, nothing about you is stored.

Why we need it

To contact you and answer your request: tell you about upcoming games, agree on a date, discuss a corporate session, tracking or consulting. The data is used for nothing else.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see “Your rights”.

Who can see it

The author of the game and the managers who handle requests. That list changes as people are hired and leave.

Technically the data passes through the services we use: the request is stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC) and delivered as a notification to a private Telegram group (Telegram Messenger Inc.). Those companies process data under their own terms, and your request physically lives on their servers.

We do not sell the data, do not pass it to advertisers and do not publish it.

How long we keep it

Two years from the date of the request, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

• find out what data of yours we hold;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• have your data deleted;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• receive a copy of your data;
• complain to a supervisory authority if you believe we are breaching your rights.

To exercise any of these, write to nickbv551@gmail.com. We reply within thirty days, usually sooner. You do not need to justify or explain anything: a request to delete your data is carried out without questions.

Children

The site and the game are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If that has happened by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. We will notify people whose requests we hold about any substantial change.
